Q. Can I HANG my car freshie anywhere?
A. Yes, car freshies can be HUNG in any room. DO NOT lay freshies on surfaces as the fragrance oil may stain fabrics and delicate surfaces.
Q. How long do freshies last?
A. Freshies CAN last up to 6 weeks depending on the fragrance. Freshies are heat activated, which means they may smell stronger during hotter months but last for a shorter period of time.
Q. WIll my freshie melt in the heat?
A. During extremely high temperatures (100 degrees or higher) the freshie may begin to soften and lose its shape. Freshies should not be kept in extremly hot temperatures. Please follow instructions on your warning label for caring for your freshie. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE.
Q. Can I spray the FRESH AIR SPRITZ and Car Spritz on linen/fabrics or use it as perfume/body spray?
A. No, our room and car sprays are not safe for spraying directly on fabrics/linen as fragrance oil may stain delicate fabrics and surfaces. Spraying our room spray directly on your skin may cause irritation. NORMAL use of our product should no affect surfaces, therefore you can spray above or near fabrics as you would any air freshner.
Wax Melt Crumbles
Q. What are Wax Melt Crumbles?
A. Wax crumbles are just scented candle wax that has been shaped to resemble small crumbles or rocks. We use a pillar blend wax to prevent the crumbles from losing their shape. This is our "fancy" way of making wax melts!
Q. What amount of crumbles should I add to my wax melter.
A. Wax melters vary in size, therfore you should add YOUR desired amount of crumbles to your melter. Remember not to overfill.
Q. How long does the scent last in my melter?
A. How long your scent will last, varies. Some of our scents may last longer than others. We have found that when burning our crumbles with a tealight warmer, the scent is stronger and lasts an average of about 6 hours. When your crumbles no longer release fragrance, it is time to replace them.
